A light, elegant red wine. This is best enjoyed with a slight chill, offering tart red cherry, cranberry, basil and floral aromas. On the mid-weight palate, the generous acidity and supple, evolved tannins frame generous flavours of sweet-tart raspberry, tangy red pomegranate, a touch of bramble and interesting savoury flavours. The finish is surprisingly long for such a fresh wine. Serve with grilled salmon or pork tenderloin, or enjoy on its own.
