A cornucopia of ripe fruit aromas: grape, melon, papaya, pear, golden delicious apple and peach, with acacia blossom and honeycomb. The palate is vivacious, with juicy acidity and a delicate spritz. The fruit flavours are explosive, but the acids and bubbles keep it from being cloying or overly sweet. The finish is long and fruit-driven. Chill and serve with a picnic lunch, brunch, or prosciutto- wrapped melon.
