Clear, straw white in colour. The nose offers quince, lime, petrichor and a hint of peach. The palate is fairly round and supple, despite the lively acidity. The stone fruit comes through on the palate, along with some ripe pear and citrus, all of which is intertwined with salty minerality. A refreshing, quaffable wine that can be enjoyed fully chilled as an aperitif or lightly chilled with a charcuterie board, Coquille Saint-Jacques or seared scallops.
