Classic Provence rosé. A brilliant salmon colour, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and pink grapefruit. The medium-bodied palate has red berries and minerality with a touch of melon and a faint salty character. Thirst-quenchingly dry and zesty, but with a touch of sweet fruit at the core. Chill lightly and serve alongside olive tapenade, spring salads or blackened fish.
