There is a touch of mid-palate residual sweetness that adds a pleasant fruitiness to this bracing, mouthwatering Chenin, making it eminently quaffable. Melon, pear, grapefruit and stony minerality. The finish is surprisingly long. Enjoy lightly chilled with coconut curries, roasted gourds or tangy goat cheeses.
