3Sixty2 is a boutique producer founded by young, energetic, ‘eco-warrior’ Alice Rule. The name reflects the beginning of the New Zealand wine story. In 1836, James Busby planted cuttings from his collection of 362 vines that would become the country’s first wine vineyard. She makes low-intervention wines using some of the most sustainable practices in the wine industry today. A certified Carbon Negative winery, 3Sixty offsets 200% of their carbon footprint. Sourcing grapes from some of New Zealand’s finest vineyards, Alice makes small production, elegant and complex wines that respect the natural environment and the people within it.
