Ripe raspberry, red plum, licorice and garrigue elements on the nose. The palate is silky, with a touch of soft tannins and a good dose of mid-palate acidity. Dominant primary fruit flavours of raspberry and plum are joined by floral notes, roasted red pepper and black olive. Serve chilled to cellar temperature with braised short ribs, grilled root vegetables or a burger.
