Aromas of ripe pear, white flowers and Granny Smith apples. The palate is fresh and lively, but there is also some creaminess. The acids are well-integrated into the primary fruit, but the intense saline minerality adds a pleasing zestiness. Chill lightly and enjoy as an aperitif, or serve with seared scallops or Fettucine Alfredo.
