Acacia blossoms, grapefruit, melon and rainwater on the nose. Medium-bodied and dry, with flavours of grapefruit, melon and ripe pear notes. There is a mineral streak that adds complexity. Not terribly acidic, but fresh and refreshing. Chill lightly and serve as an aperitif or pair with grilled halibut or brunch fare.
