While having the typistic mix of grassiness and tropical fruit that are the hallmark of Kiwi Savvy, there are hints of crushed white flowers and stone fruit as well. The palate is surprisingly complex. Flavours of honeydew, peach, passion fruit and grapefruit are supported by brilliant acidity and a stony mineral core. Chill lightly and serve with white asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, spring mix salads or freshly shucked oysters.
