Lemon-straw coloured, there is the faintest hint of cloudiness in the glass once you get to the bottom of the bottle. Juicy stone fruits on the nose, with white flowers and lemon zest. Fresh and lively, with a heft of leesy richness. Peach, apricot, honeydew and minerality in the mouth. Chill lightly and serve with a picnic lunch, a Cobb Salad or Wiener Schnitzel with warm potato salad.
