The nose is clean and fruit-driven, with scents of raspberry, blueberry, violets and a hint of white pepper. The palate is medium-to-light-bodied, but there is a good heft of fruit. A decent amount of acid balance keeps it refreshing, but the fruit makes it seem off-dry. Glou-Glou, as its name suggests, is meant for uncomplicated quaffing. Chill lightly and serve with burgers, grilled sausages, mild soft cheeses or a charcuterie board.
